Fox Point Man Arrested In Meijer Parking Lot On Drug Charge: Cops

Reports indicated that a witness told police that the man was completely passed out and laying across the front seats of his car.

OAK CREEK, WI -- Police in Oak Creek say a 65-year-old Fox Point man has been arrested and charged after a drug use incident in the parking lot near Meijer.

According to Oak Creek police reports, during the morning of April 14, an eyewitness called police, saying that a person was passed out in a black Nissan Altima in the Meijer parking lot.

Reports indicated that the witness told police that the man was completely passed out and laying across the front seats, facing the passenger side. When the witness pounded earnestly on the car window, he was unable to wake up the man inside.

When first responders arrived at the scene, they noted that the man hid a plastic baggie between his legs, among other movements that indicated he may have been hiding something from authorities, the report stated.

According to police, when officers managed to get the man out of his vehicle, they found two glass pipes, assorted drug paraphernalia, and a small amount of cocaine. He was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
