From Fit, To Fat, To Fit Again – Drew Manning’s Story

Hear a first-hand journey of an Anytime Fitness personal trainer, Drew Manning, who purposely gained 75 lbs. in 6 months and lost it in 6 months so he could better relate to his clients and inspire and encourage others to come on the journey with him. What was surprising wasn’t just the physical, but the emotional and mental stress he went through, how it affected his marriage, his relationship with his kids and his confidence. He learned how to overcome the plateaus, food cravings (top 2 things he craves now are Mountain Dew and Cinnamon Toast Crunch), and lack of motivation.  Watch his story below.
