Oak Creek's favorite new country western bar is hosting a big New Year's Eve blowout. Its ad boasts of a live DJ, dancing (of course), party favors, a free champagne toast at midnight and a food buffet.

The always-popular Erv's Mug is also celebrating New Year's Eve in style. It'll be serving off their food menu until 10 p.m. and hosting karaoke until 2 (or later). Here, it will also offer a free champagne toast along with some midnight snacks.
3. - 7501 S Howell Ave.
The bowling alley allows you to rent a lane for $59.95, which includes two hours of glow-in-the-dark bowling, bowling and shoes for up to six people, bumper bowling for the youngsters, a pizza and beverages. Those interested should make reservations by calling (414) 764-1120.
4. - 9117 S 5th Ave.
This neighborhood bar is hosting live music by the Milwaukee/Madison group Living Several Deaths. The band, which describes itself as a three-piece melodic hard rock/metal ensemble, takes the stage at 8 p.m.

Those looking to ring in the New Year with their children - and maybe turn in a little early - might consider Milwaukee's Domes. From 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., families can enjoy roaming children's entertainers, crafts, balloons, live music and more! Food and beverages will also be available for purchase.
Admission is $12 at the door for adults, $5 for children and free for kids age 5 and younger. Advance admission online or in the gift shop is $10 for adults.

Don't feel up to going all-out New Year's Eve? On New Year's Day, The Center is hosting a party for the Packers vs. Lions game. It's offering free food, drink specials, and multiple raffles - including one for an Aaron Rodgers autographed Super Bowl helmet. They hope to see attendees arrive 30 minutes before kickoff.
