K9 Officer Stanley Tips Off Police On Likely Drug Dealer: Police
As Oak Creek police made the rounds at Motel 6, K9 Officer Stanley sniffed out a potential drug dealer.

OAK CREEK, WI — Police in Oak Creek say they nabbed a likely drug dealer, they say, after police dog Stanley tipped patrol officers off on Saturday.
According to police reports, an Oak Creek police officer was conducting a directed patrol with K-9 officer Stanley at the Motel 6 on W. College Ave. just after 8 a.m. Saturday when Stanley indicated that drugs were in room 207.
Reports indicated that officers made contact with the woman in the room. According to police reports, officers conducted a search and found two plastic bags containing one gram each of marijuana inside. Officers also located a purse containing 24 individual bags that weighed 14 grams and another that had 27 grams of marijuana in it.

An officer during the search also found a digital scale, several empty plastic dime bags along with 15 pills suspected of being ecstasy.
According to reports, the woman told Oak Creek police that the marijuana was hers and that she had such a large amount because she was trying to get her appetite back. She was issued charges of possession with intent to deliver THC, and possession of Ecstacy.
