Labor Day 2018: Oak Creek Closings

OAK CREEK, WI -- If you happen to work at, say, the beach, Labor Day represents one of the busier weekends of the summer, if not the entire year. But for city and county governments, Labor Day is a chance to hit the pause button. Here are the notable closures in Oak Creek during Labor Day and the weekend:

The City of Oak Creek's government offices, including City Hall, Library and Recycling Yard, will be closed on Monday, September 3, 2018 for the Labor Day holiday.

Emergency services will continue.

All City offices will return to their normal business hours on Tuesday, September 4.

For Labor Day week, there is an adjusted trash and recycling pickup schedule. Collection will be one day later than normal until the end of the week.
