There's plenty to do in Oak Creek over Labor Day weekend 2017 as Lions Fest offers four full days of fun. Here's your guide to it all:

OAK CREEK, WI — There's plenty to do in Oak Creek over Labor Day weekend 2017 as Lions Fest offers four full days of fun for the whole family. This year's festival is held at the American Legion Post grounds in Oak Creek at 9327 S Shepard Ave 9327 S Shepard Ave.

A full slate of entertainment, games, food accompanies a car show, carnival and helicopter rides! Here is your guide to events this year. And have fun!

Friday
Oak Creek Lionsfest kicks off. The festival starts by honoring seniors at this years Senior day Registration starts at 12pm, followed by a free lunch for our seniors in the lower legion building.

Starting at 3 pm, the paddle wheels, the carnival, and music begin.

The Fish Fry runs from 4-7 pm. Ice cold soda and bottled Budwiser or Miller products to quench everyones thirst.

Saturday

The day kicks off at 11am with kids activities. Free to all ages offering arts and crafts, face painting, and balloon art. These activities run until 3:30 pm.

Carnival rides open at 1 pm and offers an arm band for only $25. The arm band is good for one day only from 1-11 pm and can be used on any of the carnival rides.

Sunday

The annual Polka Mass in the lower legion building startsat 10:30am being led by Father Bruno.

The annual Car Show is held in the back parking lot; line up starts at 9am with the event kicking off at 10am. A $10 donation gets you a dash plaque and your car entered into judging. Trophies for multiple catagories will be awarded at 2pm.

The carnival is again offering arm bands for only $25. With the arm bands you are able to ride all the carnival rides you wish from 1-11pm.

Monday

Veterans appreciation day begins with military veterans welcome to a free lunch and drink. Sunday features our delicious pork or beef sandwiches.

The carnival is again offering arm bands for only $25. With the arm bands you are able to ride all the carnival rides you wish from 12-8pm.

Today we start to wrap up another great festival by saving the best for last. We honor our military veterans by offering them a free lunch and drink, with the presentation of thier military ID's. Visit our information booth to sign in and receive your ticket for the meal. Just a small thanks from the Oak Creek Lions for those who served our country on Veterans Appreciation day.

Sunday features our delicious pork or beef sandwiches at our inside kitchen, on top of our fantasic menu items. With ice cold soda and bottled Budweiser or Miller beer.
