Man Celebrating Jail Release Overdoses, Police Called: Police
Police say they advised an Oak Creek man on his life choices after he apparently overdosed on drugs while celebrating his release from jail.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police and fire were called to the home of a man who was celebrating his release from jail - and was suffering from an apparent drug overdose.
According to Oak Creek police reports, officers responded to the 600 block of E. Parkway Estates Dr. just before 5 p.m. on Feb. 16 on a report of a pulseless non-breather.
Reports indicated that a 911 caller told police that his son may have taken drugs and that he was turning blue.

Police reports stated that police and fire were dispatched. When officers arrived, they learned the son had been drinking and possibly using drugs with some friends at the house.
According to reports, first responders determined that the son overdosed in the living room after his friends left. Officers did not locate any drug paraphernalia in the area, according to reports.

Reports stated that the son was transported to Wheaton Franklin for treatment where he was later given advice on his life choices and choices of friends.
