Man Cited For Urinating In McDonald's Drive-Through: Report

OAK CREEK, WI -- Police in Oak Creek say they've cited a 30-year-old Wisconsin man for public urination and a 23-year-old Oak Creek man for drunk driving after an incident at an Oak Creek McDonald's.

According to Oak Creek police reports, officers were dispatched to the McDonald's at 9471 S. 13th Street just before 4 a.m. on March 10 on a report of an unruly customer in the drive-through.

Reports stated that McDonald's staff called police saying that the occupants of a black Chevrolet Trailblazer in the drive-through were acting as though they were intoxicated, and that one person had urinated by opening up the door while the car was idling in the drive-through.

According to police, when police responded they saw that the driver, the 23-year-old Oak Creek man, had slurred speech and glassy eyes. Reports indicated that police conducted a preliminary breath tests, which recorded a blood alcohol concentration of 0.15, which is nearly double the legal limit for drunk driving in Wisconsin. Police also noted that the driver failed standard field sobriety tests, according to reports.

Though reports indicated that the passenger in the car denied urinating out of the vehicle while it was in the drive-through, officers determined that the man's story was not the case, and that he would be cited for public urination.
