Man Stabbed During Fight Inside Oak Creek Movie Theater: Police

A fight broke out over disruptions at a movie at South Shore Cinema Tuesday night, leading to a stabbing and three arrests, police said.

OAK CREEK, WI — A man was stabbed multiple times inside an Oak Creek theater Tuesday night when a fight broke out over disruptions at the movies, according to police.

It happened around 10:14 p.m. at the South Shore Cinema, located at 7261 South 13th Street, police said. A physical fight broke out between two groups of people leading to three arrests and an officer deploying a Taser, police said.

Amid the fight, a 19-year-old was stabbed in his back and neck, according to a news release from Oak Creek police. Oak Creek firefighters brought the man to a hospital where he is in stable condition, police said.

A 29-year-old was also injured during the fight but declined medical assistance, police said.
