Man Went Door-To-Door Looking For Help: Report
Police say a man who was jumped went door-to-door in Oak Creek until he could get the help he needed.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to the neighborhood of the 6700 block of S. Highfield Drive just before 11 p.m. on June 24 on a report of disorderly conduct.
According to Oak Creek police reports, a 911 caller told police that a teenage boy with blonde curly hair, wearing a black Nike shirt and black athletic shorts was going door-to-door in the neighborhood pounding on doors and shouting, "open the door, I've been jumped."
According to the police reports, police eventually found the boy at a nearby park. He told police that he was in front of a house just before 7:30 p.m. when his vehicle was parked in. A group of about 15 people surrounded him, and one assailant punched him in the face and pulled him out of the car to commit the assault.

Reports stated that the boy was able to get away and ran from house to house asking to call his mother.
Reports also stated that he was turned over to his mother at the police department. The person accused of committing the assault has issued a citation for municipal battery and simple assault.
