Marijuana Found Strewn About Car When Police Walked Up
A man with two pending OWI charges could stand to get his third after Oak Creek police pulled him over on an apparent moving violation.

OAK CREEK, WI — A man with two pending OWI charges could stand to get his third after Oak Creek police pulled him over on an apparent moving violation, only to find marijuana stems scattered around the seat.
According to police reports, an officer pulled the woman over in the 2200 block of W. Drexel Ave. just after midnight on Sep. 5.
When the officer went up to the driver's side window, he reportedly could see marijuana stems scattered in the rear seat, in addition to marijuana and a rolling tray in the center console of the vehicle.

A female passenger told police that the driver told her to conceal marijuana in her pants prior to police arriving at their car.
The driver was put through field sobriety tests and arrested for OWI-1st in addition to being cited for a red traffic signal violation, and warnings for obstructing police, driving without insurance, operating with a suspended registration and lane deviation.

He was later released to a responsible party, and the vehicle was towed.
