Masturbating Man Chases Woman Who Reported Him

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police arrested one man for disorderly conduct at the Motel 6 on Sep. 14 after a woman staying there was chased to her room by a man who was caught masturbating in front of an open window, also in the motel.

According to police reports, a woman was smoking a cigarette outside her room on the evening of Sep. 14 when she saw a man masturbating in his room with the curtains open and the lights on.

Reports stated that he didn't notice her right away, but when he did notice her, he was surprised, opened the window, jumped out and chased his observer back to her room, reports stated.

When police responded, they took the man into custody for disorderly conduct. When interviewing the man, he told police that he is a paranoid schizophrenic that suffers from strong delusions. He told police that he masturbates, drinks alcohol and drugs to calm himself from the delusions he suffers from.

Reports indicated he took two Vicodin with alcohol three hours prior to the incident.
