OC's elect failing residents in financial mgt. development and re-development. HWY 100 going no where. Lakefront development DEAD. New city hall and library bids delayed. City on brink of losing 1,573,466.67 annual shared utility revenues per today's US Supreme Ct. ruling on particulate matter and ozone produced by old coal plants. Our elect are all air heads with no back-up plan. They should all resign and thereby save us the time and effort of recall.
