Men Threaten To Fight, Shoot Autozone Employee Over Battery: Cops
Police say two men threatened an Autozone manager in Oak Creek after the manager would not replace a car battery.

OAK CREEK, WI — Police in Oak Creek arrested two men on the night of July 27 after officers say they threatened an Autozone manager because the store would not replace a car battery.
According to Oak Creek police reports, an Autozone manager and employee told police that two men, later identified as Christopher Rojas and Damon Thompson came to the Autozone due to an issue with Thompson's vehicle battery.
The store employee said they would not replace the battery and Thompson made a statement to the store manager that he would shoot him in the face, according to reports.

According to police reports, both Thompson and Rojas threatened the manager for him to come outside so they could fight him. They also said that they would threaten him after work. When police arrived, both Thompson and Rojas were taken into custody on suspicion of disorderly conduct and were advised not to return to the property.
Oak Creek police also said that Rojas was wanted in both Oak Creek for criminal damage or theft of property and for resisting an officer for a previous case.
