Middle School Student Wanted To Sell Pot In Class: Police
When school staff discovered marijuana in a student's locker, they called the police, who questioned the student.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to Oak Creek West Middle School just after 10 a.m. on May 1 on a report of a marijuana complaint.
According to police reports, the principal requested that an officer respond to the school after marijuana was located in a locker by staff.
The principal turned over a glass container containing two marijuana cigarettes, according to police reports. When police questioned the student, he told police that he intended to sell the marijuana at school during school hours.

According to reports, the responding officer said that he would seek charges of possession of THC with intent to deliver against the student.
According to reports, the marijuana weighed 1.7 grams. The student was transported to juvenile intake for booking.
