Missing Oak Creek Man Found Passed Out Behind Dollar Tree: Police
When police arrived, reports indicated that officers saw a man slumped over behind a garbage can.

OAK CREEK, WI — Police in Oak Creek say they located a man who went missing on Jan. 28, only to find him passed out by the Dollar Tree on the 8500 block of S. Howell Ave.
According to Oak Creek police reports, an employee of the Dollar Tree called the police just before 5 p.m. on Jan. 28 on a report of a man passed out or sleeping by the garbage cans.
When police arrived, reports indicated that officers saw a man slumped over behind a garbage can. He was described as having his shirt over his head, barely able to speak, was soaking wet and hypothermic and could not stand.

According to reports, he was transported into a police squad for warmth and eventually was able to state that he had taken an unspecified amount of Xanax.
The man was transported to Wheaton Franklin by the Oak Creek Fire Department. The man's mother was contacted regarding his whereabouts and told police he had been missing for about a day.
