New Building Proposed for OakView Business Park in Oak Creek
The Dickman Co. is proposing a new industrial building that would be more than 130,000 square feet.
OAK CREEK -- Real Estate brokerage firm The Dickman Co. is proposing a new industrial building in the OakView Business Park in Oak Creek.
According to the Milwaukee Business Journal, the building would have 133,056 square feet, according to plans Oak Creek’s Plan Commission will review on Tuesday.
The new building would be the third building in the business park at Oakwood Road and Howell Avenue.
