According to the developer, the plans are comparable to that of the Drexel Ridge development

OAK CREEK, WI — City officials are considering the development of a massive new housing development for the S. 27th Street corridor.
According to Oak Creek plan commission documents, developer HSI Properties is seeking to erect 14 buildings that will contain 280 apartment homes for an area bordered by S. 27th Street to the west and Orchard Dr. to the south.
According to the developer, the plans are comparable to that of the Drexel Ridge development, and will provide a "condo-type feel and appeal" for residents who want to live in a smaller-scale building with private direct entryways.
