OAK CREEK, WI — The Oak Creek Common Council approved a city zoning change last week to allow a proposed Fred Astaire Dance Studio franchise location at 2121 Rawson Avenue.

The proposed dance studio would take the spot of the Trustone Financial Federal Credit Union. The existing building would be gutted and reworked to allow for a dance studio, according to documents submitted to the Oak Creek Common Council show.

In addition to the interior changes, the drive-thru roof will be used to expand the building. Walls will be added under the exterior roof to allow for a bigger studio, documents submitted to Oak Creek show.
