NEWCASTLE PLACE ANNOUNCES NEW HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

Local resident to lead human resource strategies for Mequon senior living community

Mequon, Wis. – Newcastle Place, a full-service senior living community in Mequon, announced today that Leah Miller has joined the community as Human Resources Director. In her new role, Miller will oversee all aspects of human resources for the community, including employee recruitment and retention, employee relations, training and development, and compensation and safety.

“Newcastle Place is excited to welcome Leah to our staff,” said Julie Bissonnette, executive director of Newcastle Place. “Her more than two decades of experience in human resources will be a great asset to our team.” Miller is a graduate of Northwood University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in business and marketing. She also holds several certifications from professional continuing education classes in the areas of employment law, recruitment/retention, employee and labor relations, and risk management.
