OUTLOOK 
Very Cold through Tuesday with Highs in the single digits to lower 10's and lows well below Zero and Wind Chills between -10ºF and -25ºF, no snow expected, next chance end of week.

When Will it get ABOVE FREEZING?
Latest computer models indicate a mild period roughly between feb18-24, with highs well into the 40's to near 50 perhaps!
