Oak Creek Bar Burglarized

Oak Creek police responded to the Sidetracked Bar and Grill on a report of a burglary.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to the Sidetracked Bar and Grill on a report of a burglary on Nov. 16. According to police reports the business was broken into sometime between 2 a.m. Nov. 15 and 8 a.m. Nov. 16.

Reports indicated that someone appeared to force open the rear door to the bar, and removed a "Jack and the Beanstalk" slot machine valued at $1,500 which was on a counter on the east side of the bar.

A small room in the basement was also forced open, however, nothing else was taken, according to police. Police are following up on the incident and reviewing surveillance footage to see if they can identify the suspects in this case.
