Oak Creek BW3 Customer Threatened Staff, Customers: Report
Police continued their investigation, learning that the man appeared to be intoxicated as he ran toward a vehicle.

OAK CREEK, WI -- Police in Oak Creek responded to the Buffalo Wild Wings on the 8000 block of S. Howell Ave. on the evening of Oct. 21 on a report of an unruly customer.
According to police reports, an employee of BW3s called 911, saying that a customer was out in the restaurant's parking lot after attacking several guests inside, striking at least one customer and threatening to hit other customers and employees.
When police investigated, they learned that a man tried to purchase a beer without having enough money, only to accuse the server of saying a racial slur to him. When the manager tried to talk to the customer about it, he reportedly threatened to shoot the server out in the parking lot.

According to reports, the man was asked to leave the restaurant. When he was walking out, he reportedly struck another person in the face as they were walking in.
Police continued their investigation, learning that the man appeared to be intoxicated as he ran toward a vehicle trying to leave the parking lot. When officers made contact with the man, he reportedly held him in custody for his own safety.

Police issued the man a citation for disorderly conduct and resisting an officer.
