According to Oak Creek police reports, a nurse at Wheaton Franciscan Hospital called police on behalf of a patient, stating that he was assaulted at Oak Creek Automotive on Dec. 15.

According to reports, the man told police that he was punched in both his right eye and left eye while attending a Christmas Party at the auto shop. Reports indicated that a man at the party became upset over a dice game he was playing. He reportedly threw a couple chairs around and then left the business with his girlfriend out the east service door.
