Oak Creek To Consider Auto Dealership For S. 27th Street

According to a report, the dealership would have 300 parking places and would have about 40 employees.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek will see a new auto dealership rise on S. 27th St. pending approval by the city's common council.

According to a Milwaukee Business Journal reports, Boyland Auto Group, owners of All-Star Honda in Greenfield is angling to have a new dealership constructed at the intersection of S. 27th Street and W. Rawson Ave.

According to the report, the dealership would have 300 parking places and would have about 40 employees.

On April 17, a public hearing will be held at 7 p.m. before the Common Council in City Hall to hear public input of a request submitted by Dorian Boyland, Boyland Properties Oak Creek, LLC, for a Conditional Use Permit for automotive sales and service with a private car wash facility on the properties at 7008 and 7018 S. 27th St., and 2500 W. Rawson Ave.
