Organizers say the market will feature farm-fresh foods and related items, much of it locally grown. Staples of the market will include vine-ripened produce, fruits, cheeses, eggs, meats, honey and flowers. The market will anticipate thirty-five to forty vendors weekly.
The Tourism Commission has chosen Dawn Carillo as the Market Manager to handle week-to-week logistics. “We are creating an event that city residents and those from surrounding communities will want to be a part of every Saturday,” Carillo told Patch.
