Oak Creek Fight Sends Student to Emergency Room

OAK CREEK, WI — After a disturbing incident in which Oak Creek High School were filming fights between students and posting them on the Facebook page "Oak Creek Fights" for the past 18 months, another fight was reported on school grounds.

According to police reports, on April 26, Oak Creek police were called to the high school on a report that a parent's son had been assaulted by another student at the high school - and was currently in the emergency room at Wheaton Franciscan hospital.

According to the report, the mother told police that her son had gotten into a physical fight at the school when classes were let out for the day. She stated that her son was on the west side of the school when another student approached him and punched him in the face three to four times, making him dizzy and cutting his lip.

Medical personnel at Wheaton in Franklin advised that her son would be getting stitches for his laceration.

Oak Creek police are following up on the incident.
