Oak Creek Ikea Hosts 2 Hiring Events

Positions available include customer service, sales, logistics, food operations, children's play area, in addition to others.

OAK CREEK, WI — Construction on the Oak Creek Ikea is still on track for a Summer 2018 opening, and the Swedish furniture and home designs retailer will be holding two hiring events to staff up their latest store.

Ikea will be hosting two events: one on Saturday, Feb. 24 and Sunday, Feb. 25 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Both hiring events will be held at Ikea's temporary office at 5007 S. Howell Ave. Suite 200.

Positions available include customer service, sales, logistics, food operations, children's play area, in addition to others.

People who are interested in working at Ikea need to visit the company's hiring portal, review open positions, click "apply now," and pick either the 24th or 25th to interview.

The company says that interviews will be granted on a walk-in basis. Although no appointment is necessary, applicants are advised to arrive early to guarantee a place.
