Oak Creek Man Charged After Police Find THC Vape Oil: Report
According to state law, THC, the narcotic component of a marijuana plant, is illegal in Wisconsin.

MILWAUKEE, WI — An Oak Creek resident has been arrested and charged after authorities say he was caught with THC oil vape packages.
Ali Yousef Aldarorah, of Oak Creek, has been arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in an amount of 200 grams or less.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Milwaukee County, Milwaukee police were on bicycle patrol on the afternoon of May 23 when they happened upon two suspicious vehicles parked in the back of Pick 'n Save on the 2300 block of N. 35th Street.

Police said that a man jumped from one vehicle and ran into the other car, which tried pulling away. Police said that officers ordered the fleeing vehicle, a red Honda, to stop. According to reports, the driver of the Honda ignored the Milwaukee police, who were conducting patrol via bicycle.
According to the criminal complaint, officers then made contact with the people in the other car, a blue Nissan. Police said that the driver, later identified as Aldarorah rolled down the driver's side window, at which point police reported the strong smell of fresh marijuana.

Reports stated that marijuana was recovered from the front seat passenger. Then, police searched the vehicle's trunk and found 35 individual packages of THC vape oil, with each package containing one gram of 91 percent THC oil. According to state law, THC, the narcotic component of a marijuana plant, is illegal in Wisconsin.
Police stated that they believed Aldarorah was intending on selling the vape packages based on the amount that he had in the truck.
According to court records, Aldarorah has been summoned into court for a June 25 court appearance in Milwaukee County.
