Oak Creek Police Arrest Man Who Blew .35: Report
Oak Creek police reported arresting a drunk man who blew a .35 on a breath test after he "destroyed" the inside of Love's Travel Center.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to the Love's Travel Center, 9650 S. 20th St. just after 2 a.m. on Feb. 14 on a report of a combative customer.
According to police reports, a store manager called the police, saying that an intoxicated customer threw all the candy, lighters and lottery computers on the ground.
When police arrived, they found the man and took him into custody. According to reports, the man was seen on surveillance footage destroying property in the store. In addition, the report indicated that the man submitted to a preliminary breath test, which registered a .35 blood alcohol concentration - considered a dangerous level of intoxication.

According to reports, he was transported to Wheaton Franklin for observation. While at the hospital, the man reportedly became combative with hospital staff and officers, at one point becoming physically combative with an officer. He was eventually arrested and is now facing a charge of battery to a police officer.
