Oak Creek Police Arrest Wanted Man At Hoffman's Storage: Report
When police investigated, they said that he was looking for a hotel for the night, was covered in burrs and had a tourniquet near him.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to Hoffman's Storage, 7950 S. 27th Street just before 2 a.m. on March 26 on a report of a suspicious person.
According to police reports, a person called the police, saying that a man was outside the business near the back of the lot.
When police investigated, they made contact with the man, and saw that he was looking for a hotel for the night, was covered in burrs and had a tourniquet near him. He requested a ride to a hotel and admitted that he had a cooking tin in his possession, according to reports.

Reports went on to say that the man was found to have multiple open arrest warrants out for him in West Allis, including one for possession of drug paraphernalia and two for retail theft. Officers also found six syringes, a tourniquet and a pair of latex gloves on him.
According to reports, he was issued a warning for trespassing, cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and turned over to the West Allis police department.
