Oak Creek Police: Loaded Gun, Marijuana Found During Traffic Stop
Police searched the vehicle and found a loaded firearm underneath the driver's seat.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 8300 block of S. 27th St. on Dec. 19.
According to police reports, police noticed the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Police searched the vehicle and found a loaded firearm underneath the driver's seat. The front passenger was found to have marijuana concealed in her genital region, police said.
Reports stated that the driver had a revoked license. The driver was put through standard field sobriety tests, however, she did not pass them. She was arrested on suspicion of her third OWI offense with a passenger less than 16 years old, as a small child was seated in the back seat at the time of the traffic stop.

According to reports, two adult passengers were found to be on probation. The vehicle was left parked along S. 27th St. and the driver was transported to jail for OWI, operating a vehicle after license revocation and carrying a concealed weapon.
