Oak Creek Woman's Car Vandalized Overnight: Report

OAK CREEK, WI — An Oak Creek woman said her daughter's car was the object of vandalism overnight.

Police responded to a report of vandalism just before 8 a.m. on July 14.

According to Oak Creek police call logs, a person called police, saying that her vehicle was damaged sometime overnight.

Call logs stated that the woman's vehicle was saran-wrapped, egged and the rear driver's side tire was slashed.

Police estimated the damage to the vehicle was about $150. When police talked with the homeowner, she said her daughter was car's primary driver. When police spoke with the daughter, she reportedly said the had no idea who would vandalize her vehicle.

Police said they checked the area, and said there were no suspicious people in the area. Authorities did not disclose the address of the incident on July 14.
