OC Council Votes 6/0 to flood out old residents.

4th district Alderman, Mike Toman again cuts his district residents throats by making the motion to allow a year of dust and dirt via land fill trucking to build the base of the extension of HWY 100, a hwy to no-where. Lacking EPA approval city is allowing 4 to 6 feet of fill on 9 acres of land to open up access to Carrollville. Apx. 15 long time residents will suffer flooding with one developer standing to gain. Sound familiar? I do believe the trees outside of city hall have a better use than shade. The city is in grave financial jeopardy. This is the natural outcome of electing stupid self serving to positions of decision making. And then the WALLS CAME TUMBLING DOWN...
