OWI Suspect Crashes At Oak Creek Kwik Trip: Police
Police said a witness reported that a male in a vehicle was unresponsive and that his vehicle was in gear, and resting on a pole.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police were called to the Kwik Trip on the 7800 block of S. 10th St. just before noon on Sunday, Nov. 12 on a report of an OWI.
According to Oak Creek police reports, a witness reported that a male in a vehicle was unresponsive and that his vehicle was in gear, and resting on a pole.
When police arrived at the accident location, the witness spoke with an officer, he told police that the back bumper was pressed up against a barrier post with the reverse lights on. The witness went on to say that if it had not been for a barrier posts, it would have backed right into the building. Police reports indicated that the man had slurred speech and constricted pupils.

Police issued the driver for operating while under the influence and his vehicle was towed according to police reports. Milwaukee police were notified that the man was wanted for a sexual assault case that took place in the city. Police told Patch.com that the identity of the man was being withheld as the incident remained under investigation.
