Pedal Tavern Patron Later Arrested For Drunken Driving: Report

Police said the man was cited for drunken driving after a preliminary breath test recorded a 0.19 blood alcohol concentration.

OAK CREEK, WI — Police in Oak Creek say a person who participated in a pedal tavern made a mistake when he later went behind the wheel of his own vehicle.

According to Oak Creek police call logs, an officer on patrol stopped the driver of a vehicle in the 8900 block of S. York Ct. at just after 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 3 for driving in-and-out of their own lane.

Police said the driver, a 57-year-old Oak Creek man, admitted to drinking during a Milwaukee downtown pedal tavern.
