Police Arrest Driver Under Influence Of Alcohol, Heroin: Report

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle just before 1:30 a.m. on April 23 along the 1500 block of W. College Ave.

Reports stated that during the police investigation, the man admitted being under the influence of both heroin and alcohol.

As police searched his vehicle, police reports indicated that officers found 10 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and alcohol. The suspect also had two open arrest warrants out of Pewaukee.

Reports indicated that officers cited him for OWI-1st, operating after suspension, and he was transferred to Pewaukee for booking.
