Police Arrest Man Loitering Around Howell Ave. Business: Report

According to reports, the man was hanging out in his car for days near the business, drawing concern from employees.

OAK CREEK, WI -- Police in Oak Creek say they arrested a homeless Greenfield man after the man was warned about loitering about an Oak Creek business on S. Howell Ave.

According to police reports, an employee at a business in the 8600 block of S. Howell Ave. called police, saying that a man, had been parked in an alley overnight.

Reports stated that the witness was concerned that he had been drinking and driving and had been hanging around the business for the last two days.

According to police, the same man had been warned about his loitering on Aug. 19. When he was located again by the same business on Aug. 23, he was arrested and cited for loitering.

Police told business employees to call again if they see him loitering in the same area.
