Police Bust Troubled Student, Discover Pot In Parents House: Cops

When police visited the house of a student accused in a fight, they say they also discovered marijuana in plain view during their visit.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to the 9th grade center near the Oak Creek High School just before 3 p.m. on June 8 on a report of a battery case.

According to police reports, during the day, a student was seen attacking a fellow student in the hallway outside the library on the second floor.

When police arrived and began to investigate the case, they learned that the apparent victim refused medical treatment and was turned over to his father.

According to police reports, the responding officer traveled to the home of the apparent aggressor in this incident and issued him a citation for battery. He was turned over to his mother.

Reports stated that while the officer was inside talking with the student, the officer saw some drug paraphernalia and 1.5 grams of marijuana in the home. Those materials were taken into possession by law enforcement in order to be destroyed.
