Police Bust Underage Drinking, Drug Party at Motel 6

OAK CREEK, WI — Police in Oak Creek busted an underage drinking party at the Motel 6 overnight on Dec. 11.

According to police reports, a clerk at Motel 6 reported that the occupants of one of the rooms were smoking marijuana. Officers responded to the hotel and made contact with the occupants of the suspects' room.

When police knocked on the door, they could hear furtive movement from inside, and suspected the people inside were trying to destroy evidence by flushing it down the toilet, reports said.

According to reports, police located an empty bottle of Jack Daniels, a marijuana blunt, pipes, rolling papers, a scale and packaging materials. Police noted that four of the six occupants were less than 21 years old.

Multiple citations for marijuana possession, and underage drinking were issued to the hotel room's occupants.
