OAK CREEK, WI — Police in Oak Creek say they were called to the local Dairy Queen after a customer had a litany of complaints — and wouldn't budge.

According to Oak Creek police call logs, a 68-year-old Oak Creek man went to the Dairy Queen on the 8700 block of S. Howell Ave. to get a banana split at just after 3 p.m. on Aug. 11.

Police say that the customer was unhappy, and refused to get out of the drive-through and that police had to be called. The reason, as told by the Dairy Queen staff who had to talk about the matter with police, was that the man was unhappy with the new banana split container, and wanted pineapple and strawberries instead of chocolate.
