Police Intervene In BW3 Bill Flap: Report
A group of angry customers said it took an hour for their food to come. BW3 staff said it took 20 minutes. Police were called.

OAK CREEK, WI — Police in Oak Creek encouraged a party of 12 diners at Buffalo Wild Wings in Oak Creek to pay their bill after store management called police saying they were refusing to do so.
Police were called to the Buffalo Wild Wings on May 12 just after 9:30 p.m. and spoke with a manager, who said that the group of 12 people ordered beer and food, and were not happy with how long it took for them to be served.
According to reports, the customer who was refusing to pay the bill said it took an hour to get served and didn't want to pay the bill. The restaurant's manager countered, saying it took 20 minutes for the group to get served.

Police said they explained to the customer that they needed to pay, or they could be cited for restaurant fraud. According to the reports, the customers eventually paid the bill and then recommended that the food is thrown out because it was no longer desired.
