Police Investigate W. College Ave. Break-In: Report
A resident told police that their car alarm went off and that the vehicle's trunk had been opened.

OAK CREEK, WI -- Police fulfilled a citizen's request to conduct extra patrols in their area of their apartment after a report of a vehicle break-in just before 1 a.m. on Sep. 29 in the area of 2100 W. College Ave.
According to police reports, a woman reported that her vehicle was first broken into on Sep. 27 and then for a second time on the evening of Sep. 29. Police said that the apartment resident saw that someone was following her back to her apartment prior to the first break-in.
The resident told police that their car alarm went off and that the vehicle's trunk had been opened by the time the car's owner came to check on it.
