The man was revived with Narcan, and once he was able to walk, handed the officer a wad of paper that he said was heroin, police reported.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to the Farm and Fleet just before 5 p.m. on the evening of Sep. 24 on an eyewitness report that a man was passed out in the store's bathroom with multiple needles sticking out of him.
Oak Creek police and fire responded to the store within minutes, and reported that the man had shot up narcotics inside the bathroom stall and overdosed, reports indicated.
Police reported that the syringe was located on the bathroom floor next to him and a cooker tin with residue was on top of the toilet paper dispenser. The man was revived with Narcan, and once he was able to walk, handed the officer a wad of paper that he said was heroin.

According to reports, the man told officers that it was the first time he used heroin from this particular batch. When officers tested the remaining substance, it tested positive for fentanyl — a substance dozens of times more potent than heroin that's been linked to numerous deaths in the Milwaukee area in the last year alone.
Police arrested the man on a charge of possession of a schedule one narcotic with an order to report to the Metro Drug Unit on Oct. 16.
