Police Track Down Applebee's Assault Suspect: Report
Police in Oak Creek say they've tracked down the person responsible for attacking a woman outside the Oak Creek Applebee's.

OAK CREEK, WI -- Police in Oak Creek say they tracked down the girl accused of assaulting a woman in a Feb. 1 incident outside the Oak Creek Applebee's.
According to police reports, a woman told police that she was leaving Applebee's on the night of Feb. 1 with a party of several people when about 15-20 girls from Cudahy High School approached them outside the restaurant.
Reports stated that one of the girls yelled at her, choked her and pushed her to the ground. Police reported that the incident continued, and that the group surrounded the vehicle and that one girl opened the door and tried getting inside the car. Reports stated that the group's intended target was able to lock the car and drive away.

Police said they followed up on the incident and made contact with the girl who was accused of choking and pushing the woman to the ground during the incident. Reports stated that she admitted to her role in the incident. The girl was cited for assault related to the incident.
