A porta potty has been declared a total loss after it was reportedly set on fire on Sep. 15 in Oak Creek.

OAK CREEK, WI — A porta potty has been declared a total loss after it was reportedly set on fire on Sep. 15 in Oak Creek.

According to Oak Creek police, a person who called police on the 7000 block of S. Howell Ave. stated that a porta potty had been set on fire on the property at about 10 a.m. and did not know who did it.

Upon speaking with people on the site, it was determined that the primarily plastic utility was owned by a masonry subcontractor that was doing work on the site.

None of the area businesses had cameras. Police are continuing to investigate.
