Oak Creek police responded to a report of possible prostitution at the Red Roof Inn on the night of July 27, only to find out the truth.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to a report of possible prostitution at the Red Roof Inn on the night of July 27, only to find out something completely different.

A Red Roof Inn employee reportedly called police that night, telling police that there was possible prostitution activity in one of their buildings - noting that it appeared that a female was out in front of the building for more than an hour.

The employee explained further that they thought they say a man dressed as a woman walking around the parking lot.

When police investigated, they made contact with the mysterious person, only to learn that the man was practicing walking in high heels for his drag show at LaCage later that evening and taht there was no prostitution going on.

The would-be performer left in a Taxi while the officer was on-scene.
