Prostitution Investigation Leads To Arrest Of Wanted Man: Police
The man was ordered to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's office for human trafficking.

OAK CREEK, WI — Police in Oak Creek say that they have arrested a man wanted in Illinois following a prostitution investigation on June 17, just before 7:30 p.m. in the 6400 block of S. 13th Street.
According to Oak Creek police reports, an officer initiated a prostitution investigation outside an area hotel on S. 13th Street. Reports stated that a woman from Rockford, Illinois was cited for loitering. Derrick D. Washington, also of Rockford, was arrested for possession of marijuana.
According to reports, Washington initially gave a false name to officers. When police learned his real name, he was also arrested on suspicion of obstructing an officer for giving a false name. He was ordered to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's office for human trafficking.

Reports stated that Washington had two warrants for his arrest in Illinois for residential burglary and aggravated battery-strangulation.
