OAK CREEK, WI — Two public hearings scheduled this month in Oak Creek will offer residents the chance to offer their views on two business projects in the city: additional signs for Mod Pizza in Drexel Town Square and plans for an auto dealership on 27th Street.

On April 10, a public hearing will be held at 6 p.m. before the Plan Commission in City Hall to seek input from residents over a request to install additional signs on the exterior of the Mod Pizza restaurant in Drexel Town Square.

lf granted, a variance would allow Mod Pizza to install a total of three internally-illuminated primary signs.
One primary sign would be 49.5 inches tall and 51.75 square feet in area located on the west elevation (a non-entry façade).

Another primary sign would be 45 inches tall and 15.15 square feet in area on the north elevation
(special condition façade), and a primary sign on the south elevation (an entry facade) that would be 40 inches tall and 33 square feet in area at 160 W. Town Square Way.

On April 17, a public hearing will be held at 7 p.m. before the Common Council in City Hall to hear public input of a request submitted by Dorian Boyland, Boyland Properties Oak Creek, LLC, for a Conditional Use Permit for automotive sales and service with a private car wash facility on the properties at 7008 and 7018 S. 27th St., and 2500 W. Rawson Ave.
