Report: Dollar Tree Signs Lease in Oak Creek

Dollar Tree will occupy a 13,000-square-foot space between Petco and T.J. Maxx on Howell Avenue, according to a CoStar Group report.

The store will be part of the Oak Creek Centre, 8581 S. Howell Ave. CoStar Group, a real-estate information company, reports the Dollar Tree deal puts the property at more than 90 percent leased. 

Dollar Tree has more than a dozen other stores in the Milwaukee area, including one in South Milwaukee.

A company representative has not returned a message seeking comment.
